The Coaches
Brian is an NCSF-certified strength and conditioning coach and a registered member with the United States Registry of Exercise Professionals. He has 30 years of strength and fitness experience and decades of fitness coaching experience. Brian has competed in powerlifting, set a federation state deadlift record, and coached a youth powerlifter to a state deadlift record in 2015 through customized strength programming and technique optimization. He is a retired federal law enforcement officer, having spent nearly 20 years as a firearms and physical tactics instructor.
Felecia is a board-certified Strength and Conditioning Coach (NCSF) and a registered professional with the United States Registry of Exercise Professionals. As a versatile expert in physical tactics, jiu-jitsu coaching, and federal law enforcement, she brings a unique blend of real-world experience to her fitness training. With over a decade in the industry, Felecia has an in-depth understanding of body recomposition, women's hormones, and fitness programs designed to empower women at every level.
